Building our second home with Stannard Homes and could not fault the service. Quality of workmanship far exceeds the industry average. The design team are very experienced and are able to walk you through council, structural and siteworks issues from the outset to ensure there are no hidden surprises. Given it is a family company you get to meet the whole team and can see why they have been around for so long, there is no cost-cutting or short cuts taken and while you don't get the cheapest build you get a high-quality product for a fair price. So far our build is 2 months ahead of schedule.

During the whole design and build process, Stannard's regularly kept in touch with us which was reassuring and gave us peace of mind. The various trades people Stannard's used for the building construction, have apparently worked for Stannard's for, in many cases 20+ years, and their workmanship is of a high standard. We are now very proud owners of a new home that was delivered on time as promised, and is everything we had hoped for, and more.
